عبد الله بن محمد بن موسى بن علوان، أبو محمد: فقيه مالكي، أديب، له نظم. لقي أبا الحسن الحرالي اثناء اقامته ببجاية، وأخذ عن أبي محمد عبد العزيز القيسي وأبي العباس الغماري. ذكره الغبريني وقال: "له فقه جيد، وهو جامع بين الكتابتين الأدبية والشرعية، وهو شيخ كتاب الكتابة الشرعية في وقته، وعلى شهادته العمل في الديار السلطانية العلية أعلى الله أمرها .. له "نظم" في الفرائض سلك فيه على طريقة الحجازيين والنجديين، ينحو فيه الى اللطافة، ويتجانب عن الكثافة ..
