عثمان بن يوسف بن محمد بن زجدان، العبد الوادي: من رؤساء بني عبد الواد بتلمسان قبل قيام دولتهم بزعامة يغمراسن. كان ابن أخيه الحسن بن جابر (الماضية ترجمته) واليا على تلمسان، ثم ضعف عن الامر بعد ستة أشهر من ولايته وتخلى عنها لصاحب الترجمة. وكان هذ (سيىء الملكة، كثير العسف والجور، فثار به قومه وعزلوه سنة ٦٣١ بعد نحو سنة ونصف السنة من ولايته. وولي بعده زيدان بن زيان.
