الحسن بن عبد الله (الثاني) بن محمد (المتوكل على الله) الزياني العبد الوادي: آخر سلاطين دولة بني عبد الواد الزيانية بتلمسان. ولى الحكم سنة ٩٥٧ هـ (١٥٥٠م) تحت إشراف دولة الاتراك بالجزائر، ولم يكن بيده شيء من الأمر، فالحكم الفعلي كان للقائد العثماني بتلمسان. وكان الحسن فاسد السيرة، ظالما متعسفا ضمن منطقة نفوذه الضيقة. وأظهر ميله للاسبان فنقم الناس عليه وابتعدوا عنه، فاجتمع مجلس العلماء وأعلن خلعه سنة ٩٦٢هـ (١٥٥٤م) فخرج الى وهران، فتوفي بها موبوءا بعد سنة من خلعه، وضمت أعمال تلمسان نهائيا الى الدولة الجزائرية، وانقرضت بذلك الدولة الزيانية العبد الوادية.
