يحيى بن عيسى بن علي بن محمد بن أحمد المري التلمساني، أبو الحسين، المعروف بابن الصيقل: قاض، محدث، حافظ، من فقهاء المالكية، من أهل تلمسان. رحل مع أخيه موسى (السابقة ترجمته) الى مرسية بالأندلس بعد سنة ٤٩٠هـ - ١٠٩٧م وسمعا من القاضي المحدث أبي علي الصدفي المتوفي سنة ٥١٤هـ = ١١٢٠م وكتبا عنه. قال ابن الأبار: "وولي القضاء بعد ذلك ولا أعرف موضع ولايته". من آثاره "الشفوف".
