محمود بن محمد الشاذلي بن محمد بن ابراهيم القسنطيني: قاض، من فقهاء المالكية. من أهل قسنطينة. ولي قضاء سطيف، ثم تولى إدارة مدرسة سيدي الكتاني بقسنطينة بعد وفاة أبيه (السابقة ترجمته) سنة ١٨٧٧م، كما تولى تدريس الفقه المالكي فيها. مات بقسنطينة. (٢) الشاط- ابن ( .. - حيا ٨٩٠هـ / .. - حيا ١٤٨٥م)
