المولود بن الصديق الحافظي الازهري: كاتب صحفي، من الفقهاء. ولد بقرية "بوقاعة " قرب مدينة سطيف، وتعلم بها ثم بالازهر بمصر. بدأ نشاطه الصحفي سنة ١٩٢٥. كان من أنصار "جمعية العلماء المسلمين" حين تأسيسها، ثم أسس "جمعية علماء السنة" سنة ١٩٣٣هـ، وتولى رئاسة تحرير جريدة " الإخلاص" لسان حال هذه الجمعية. له مقالات كثيرة في العلم والاجتماع. (٢)حافي رأسه (٦٠٦ - ٦٨٠هـ / ١٢٠٩ - ١٢٨١م)
