محمد بن أحمد بن مالك الجزائري، (أبو عبد الله)أبو عبد الله: قاض، من علماء المالكية، له اشتغال بالسياسة. من أهل مدينة الجزائر. ولي القضاء وافتاء المالكية بها سنة ١٢١٠هـ. لقيه ابو القاسم الزياني اثناء عودته الى المغرب وأثنى عليه. (١) الجزائري (١٢٣٦ - ١٢٨٧هـ / ١٨٢٠ - ١٨٧٠م)
