علي بن عيسى الراشدي التلمساني: أستاذ القراءات وقواعد اللغة والأدب. من أهل تلمسان. استوطن مدينة فاس واستهل عمله فيها بتدريس الكراريس، وهي المنظومات الأولية المتعلقة بضبط القرآن ورسمه وتجويده. ثم أسند اليه كرسي الشاطبية الكبرى بمسجد الشرفاء، فدرسها زمنا طويلا وختمها مرات، واستعمل من شروحها عدداذكره المنجور في "الفهرست" وقال انه قرأها عليه في جماعة من الطلبة قبل الوقف، كما كانوا يحضرون مجالسه في بردة البوصيري يومي الخميس والجمعة من كل اسبوع.
