خطاب بن أحمد بن عدي بن خطاب (ابن خليفة، أبو الحسن، التلمساني)ابن خليفة، أبو الحسن، التلمساني: شاعر، لغوي، فقيه، من أهل تلمسان، رحل الى المشرق ودخل بغداد سنة ٥٢٠هـ. قال السمعاني: كان شاعرا جيد الشعر. وقال صاحب الخريدة: كان إماما فاضلا، له شعر حسن وبد باسطة في اللغة " وأورد له أبياتا من شعره.
