عبد الرحمن بن أحمد بن مامش باش تارزي، القسنطيني: أديب، ناظم، صوفي. نشأ بمدينة الجزائر ثم انتقل إلىقسنطينة فاستوطنها ونشر فيها الطريقة الرحمانية. له: عمدة المريد" في بيان الطريقة، و"منظومة الرحمانية" و"غنية المريد" شرح به نظم مسائل التوحيد وهي ٤٥ مسألة، وله قصائد وموشحات غريبة.
