    وهب بن جرير، اثنان (١): أحدهما: ١ - أبو العباس وهب بن جَرير بن [١٢٩ - ب] حازم بن يزيد الأزدي البصري. سمع: أباه، وهشاماً الدستوائي، وعبد الله بن عون، وهشام بن حسان، وشعبة. روى عنه: سليمان بن حرب، وعبد الأعلى بن حماد، وعلي بن المديني، وأحمد بن حنبل، ويحيى بن معين، وأبو خيثمة، وإسحاق بن راهويه، وبُندار بن بشار، ومحمد بن المثنى، ومن بعدهم. مات سنة ست ومائتين بالمنجشانية بعد انصرافه من الحج، وحُمِل إلى البصرة، فدُفن بها. والآخر:
