٢ - وسعيد بن بشير، أبو عبد الرحمن الدمشقي، مولى بني نَصْر (١). حدث عن: قتادة، وأبي الزبير المكي، ومطر الوَرَّاق، وأبي بشر جعفر بن إياس، وسليمان الأعمش. روى عنه: الوليد بن مسلم، ومعن بن عيسى، وعبد الرحمن بن مهدي، ووكيع، وزيد بن يحيى بن عبيد، وأبو الجماهر محمد بن عثمان، ومحمد بن بكار بن بلال الدمشقيون، وأسد بن موسى [٤٧ - أ] المصري. سئل عنه شعبة فقال: صدوق اللسان.
