    زياد بن أبي زياد، سبعة (١): منهم: ١ - زياد بن أبي زياد. حَدّث عمرو بن يحيى بن عمارة المدني عنه عن النبي ﷺ، وأخرجه بعض شيوخ المحدثين في معجم الصحابة وليس تثبت له صحبة. قال الخطيب: أنا أبو بكر البرقاني، حدثنا أبو بكر أحمد بن إبراهيم الإسماعيلي إملاءً في معجم الصحابة: أخبرني أبو عبد الله محمود بن محمد حدثنا وهب بن بقية: أخبرنا خالد، عن عمرو بن يحيى، عن زياد بن أبي زياد، قال: قدم على رسول الله ﷺ رَكْبٌ من اليمن فأتوا النبي ﷺ فسألوه عن حوائجهم فقال رجل منهم: حاجتي أني أعوذ بالله ورسوله من النار فقال: «أعاذك الله ورسوله من النار». قال الإسماعيلي: لا أدري له صحبة أو لا، يعني زياد بن أبي زياد.
