الحكم بن عمرو الغفاري، أخو رافع. له صحبة ورواية عن النبي ﷺ، حدث عنه دلجة بنقيس، وأبو حاجب سوادة بن عاصم، وغيرهما. وذكر محمد بن سعد كاتب الواقدي (١) أنه الحكم بن عمرو بن مجدع (٢) بن حذيم بن الحارث بن ثعلبة بن مليك بن ضمرة بن بكر صحب رسول الله ﷺ حتى قبض، ثم تحول إلى البصرة فنزلها وولاه زياد بن أبي سفيان خراسان، فخرج إليها، ولم يزل والياً عليها حتى مات سنة خمسين. والثاني: الحكم بن عمرو. حدث عن قتادة بن دعامة. روى عنه شبابة بن سوار. والثالث:
