    الحسن بن الحر، اثنان (١): أحدهما: ١ - أبو محمد، وقيل: أبو الحكم الكوفي، مولى بني الصيداء، وهم من بني أسد بن خُزيمة. سمع: القاسم بن مُخَيمرة، وعامر الشَّعبي، ونافعاً مولى ابن عمر، وحبيب بن أبي ثابت، والحكم بن عتيبة. روى عنه: محمد بن عجلان، وزُهير بن معاوية، وابن ثوبان، ومحمد بن أبان [٢٥ - أ]، وحسين بن علي الجُعْفي. قال محمد بن عبد الله الحضرمي: مات أبو محمد الحسن بن الحر الصيداوي الأسدي مولى لهم بمكة، سنة ثلاث وثلاثين ومائة (٢).
