٢ - وإبراهيم بن الوليد بن حماد بن زياد الهمداني الكوفي. حدث عن عبد الرحيم بن موسى، وأبي نعيم، وأبي غسان مالك بن إسماعيل، ومخول بن إبراهيم. روى عنه أبو العباس بن عقدة الحافظ.سئل إبراهيم بن إسحاق الصواف عنه فقال: هو وأخوه ثقتين عدلين (١). قال أبو العباس بن سعيد: سمعت محمد بن عبيد بن عتبة ذكره فقال: بَخٍ، كيف لنا بمثله. قال: وسمعت محمد بن منصور ذكره، فقال: كان هو وأخوه يقدمان في العقل، ويقصدهما الناس للمشورة في دينهم وأمورهم.
