    محمد بن عبد الواحد بن محمد بن زكريا الخزاعي، اللَّبَّان. حدث عن أبي الحسن البَرْذَعي المعروف بابن حرارة بنسخة بشر بن عمرو بن هشام الكابلي. وروى أيضاً عن بكر بن عبد الله الحبال وعتاب بن محمد الوراميني، وميسرة بن علي القَزْويني، وعبد الله بن عدي الجرجاني وحامد بن محمد الهروي. قال الخطيب: حدثنا عنه القاضي أبو العلاء الواسطي، والحسن بن محمد الخلال والحسن بن علي الجوهري، وأبو يعلى أحمد بن عبد الواحد بن محمد بن جعفر وغيرهم، وكان صدوقاً. سمع منه أبو يعلى في ربيع الأول سنة اثنتين وتسعين وثلاثمائة (٣). ١٠١٧٨ -
