محمد بن أحمد بن عبد العزيز بن عتبة بن حميد بن عتبة.قال ابن يونس: نسبوه إلى ولاء عتبة بن أبي سفيان، يروي عن يحيى بن يحيى الأندلسي، كان رحل وسمع من جماعة بالشرق، وحدث. توفي بالأندلس سنة خمس وخمسين ومائتين، وهو صاحب التصانيف في الفقه على مذهب مالك بن أنس يعرف بـ «العُتْبِيَّة». ٩٣٣٨ -
