عيسى بن محمد بن عيسى، أبو بكر الرُّعَيْني، المعروف بابن صاحب الأحباس. روى عن: المهلب بن أبي صُفْرة، وأبي الوليد بن ميقل وأبي عمران الفاسي، وأبي عبد الله الخواص، وأبيه محمد بن عيسى، وجماعة. قال ابن بشكوال: كان من جلة العلماء، وكبار المحدثين والأدباء، من أهل الذكاء والفهم، وروى الناس عنه كثيراً، وأخذ عنه غير واحد من شيوخنا. توفي سنة أربعين وأربعمائة (٣). ٨٧٣٣ -
