عبد الغني بن عبد العزيز بن سلَّام العَسَّال، أبو محمد المصري. قال ابن يونس (١): يروي عن ابن وهب، وابن عيينة، وكان فقيهاً عاقلاً. توفي سنة أربع وخمسين ومائتين. وقال مسلمة: روى عن أسيد وغيره، روى عنه عَلَّان، وكان السلطان يرفع إليه أمور الناس ينظر فيها. ٧٠٤١ -
