عبد الله بن طاهر بن حاتم الطائي الأَبْهَري، يُكنى أبا بكر. أحد الزهاد العباد. قال الخليلي (٤): عالم بالعلوم، وهو من أئمة من يتصوف، له إشارات وكرامات، سمع بالعراق: الحارث بن أبي أسامة، وإسماعيل القاضي، والكُديمي وأقرانَهم، وبمكة: علي بن عبد العزيز، والدَّبَرِي بصنعاء، قدم قُزوين سنة ثمان وعشرين فاجتمع عليه كبار أصحاب الحديث وكتبوا عنه، حدثني عنه جدي وجماعة.٥٩٣٤ -
