صدقة بن محمد بن الحسين بن المَحْلَبان، أبو القاسم بن أبي البركات، سبط ابن السَّيَّاف (٣). سمع الكثير، وروى عنه ابن الأخضر، وغيره. قال أحمد بن صالح بن شافع الجيلي: كان مكثراً، مسنداً، ذا سماع قديم صحيح، حدث بشيء (٤) يسير لأنه كان مشتغلاً بخدمة السلطان، وما رأيت منهإلا خيراً وذكر من فضله توفي سنة إحدى وخمسين وخمسمائة (١). ٥٣٢٥ -
