شافع بن صالح بن حاتم بن أبي عبد الله، أبو محمد، الفقيه الجيلي الحنبلي. سمع أبا يعلى بن الفَرَّاء، وأبا طالب بن غيلان [٢٧٨ - أ]، وغيرهما. روى عنه: أبو نصر هبة الله بن علي بن المُجَلِّي، والمعمر بن محمد بن الحسين البَيِّع، وعبد الوهاب الأَنْمَاطي. قال ابن النجار: كان صالحاً متعففاً متقشفاً، يدرس في مسجده. وقال البرداني: كان فقيهاً على مذهب أحمد، وكان صالحاً دَيِّناً (٩). ٥٠١٨ -
