داود بن بُنْدار بن إبراهيم، أبو سليمان الجِيْلي. قال ابن النجار: كتبت عنه، وكان فاضلاً، كثير المحفوظ، سديد الفتاوى، متعصباً لطلاب العلم (١). ٣٦٥٥ - داود [٣] بن أبي حُرَيْث الأسدي، من أهل الكوفة. يروي عن شريح. روى عنه الحجاج بن أرطأة (٢). وكذا قال البخاري (٣) في نسبته، وصوابه .... (٤) كما هو عند أهل «النسب». ٣٦٥٦ -
