أحمد بن أحمد بن عبد الواحد، أبو السعادات المُتَوَكِّلِي. قال ابن السمعاني: سألتُ أبا القاسم علي بن الحسن الحافظ عن المتوكلي فأثنى عليه ثناءً حسناً، قال: وكان شيخاً صالحاً خَيِّراً حسنَ السيرة. قال ابن النجار: حدَّث ببغداد، وتوفي سنة (٥٢١هـ) (٣). ٣٨ -
