١١٥٩٨- فاطمة بنت شيبة بن ربيعة بن عبد شمس العبشمية «٢» . تزوجها عقيل بن أبي طالب، ذكر ابن هشام أنّ عقيلا دخل عليها يوم حنين بعد الوقعة، فقالت له: ماذا غنمت؟ فناولها إبرة، فإذا منادي النبي ﵌: أن أدوا «٣» الخياط والمخيط، فأخذ الإبرة منها فألقاها في المغانم. وذكر الواقديّ هذا لفاطمة بنت الوليد بن عتبة، وقيل اسم امرأة عقيل فاطمة بنت عتبة أخت هند، جاء ذلك عن ابن أبي مليكة.
