٥٠٤٣ - (ت س) الوليد بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي مالك هانئ، أبو العباس الهمداني الدمشقي، أخو زيد، وقد ينسب إلى جده. ذكره ابن سعد في الرابعة، وقال: له أحاديث. ولما ذكره ابن حبان في كتاب «الثقات» قال: روى عن جماعة من الصحابة، ومات سنة ست وعشرين ومائة، وهو ابن اثنتين وسبعين سنة، والمزي لم يذكر له رواية عن صحابي واحد ولا أكثر، تبعا لابن عساكر. وخرج الحاكم حديثه في صحيحه. وقال ابن أبي عاصم: مات سنة ثمان وعشرين ومائة.
