٤١٠٣ - (س) عمرو بن سفيان بن عبد الله بن ربيعة الثقفي أخو عاصم بن عبد الله. روى عن أبيه أنه وجد عيبة فأتى بها عمر فقال: عرفها سنة. روى عنه عمرو بن شعيب. ذكره ابن حبان في كتاب " الثقات " كذا ذكره المزي، لم يزد في تعريفه شيئًا. وأغفل من عند [ق ٢٢٦/ب] ابن حبان: يروي عن أبيه وله صحبة، عداده في أهل الحجاز. روى عنه أهلها وعمرو بن شعيب. وقال أبو أحمد العسكري في كتاب " الصحابة ": له صحبة، شهد حنينًا، عداده في أهل الشام. روى عنه الحارث بن بدل " قصة إزاره "، زاد أبو نعيم: شهد حنينًا مع المشركين ثم أسلم بعد حنين. وقال الحاكم أبو أحمد: روى عنه القاسم أبو عبد الرحمن. وذكره المزي بعده: -
