٢٦٤٨ - (س) عامر بن أبي أمية حذيفة ويقال سهيل بن المغيرة بن عبد الله بن عمر بن مخزوم أخو أم سلمة زوج النبي ﷺ. له صحبة أسلم عام الفتح. كذا ذكره المزي. وأما ابن حبان فإنه ذكره في جملة الثقات من التابعين ووصفه بالرواية عن أم سلمة. وذكره في التابعين أيضا البخاري، وأبو حاتم الرازي، وابن أبي خيثمة، ويعقوب بن سفيان في الكبير، وخليفة بن خياط، والهيثم بن عدي وغيرهم. ولما ذكره أبو نعيم الحافظ في جملة الصحابة قال: ذكره بعض [ق ٢٢١/أ] المتأخرين وزعم أنه أدرك النبي ﷺ.
