٩٠٤٩ - ص - أبو المثنى، شيخٌ. قال ابن حبان: لا تجوز الرواية عنه إلَّا للاعتبار. روى عبد الله بن نافع الصائغ: حدثنا أبو المثنى، عن هشام بن عروة، عن أبيه، عن عائشة، عن النبي ﷺ قال: "ما عَمِل ابنُ آدم من عَمَل يوم النحر أحبُّ إلى الله من هراقة دم … " الحديث، انتهى. وأبو المثنى هذا، ذكر الدارقطني في حواشي "كتاب الضعفاء" لابن حبان، أن اسمه سليمان بن يزيد الليثي (¬١)، وكذلك وقعَتْ في كتاب "القبور" لابن أبي الدنيا يعني تسميته، [وأن كنيته أبو المثنى] (¬٢). وأبو المثنى قد أخرج له الترمذي وابن ماجه، وذُكِر في "التهذيب" (¬٣) فكرَّره المصنف (¬٤)، فأحببتُ التنبيه عليه.
