    ٨٨٤٩ - أبو الذئب، ذكره ابن عدي في ترجمة ذَوَّاد بن عُلْبَة (¬١)، وأخرج من طريقه عن ابن جريج، عن أبي الذئب، عن موسى بن وردان، عن أبي هريرة رفعه: "من مات مريضًا مات شهيدًا".قال ابن عدي: هذا رواه ذَوَّاد، عن ابن جريج، وأخطأ فيه، فقد رواه الحفاظ من أصحاب ابن جريج، عنه، عن إبراهيم بن محمد بن أبي عطاء، عن موسى. وإبراهيم هذا هو ابن أبي يحيى الذي أكثر الشافعيُّ الروايةَ عنه، دلَّسه ابن جريج، فغيَّر كنية جدِّه كما ذُكر في ترجمته [٢٥٨].
