    ٨٤٢٣ - ز - يحيى بن ثابت الجَنَدي، عن مالك، عن أبي الزناد، عن الأعرج، عن أبي هريرة ﵁ قال: "كان أصحاب رسول اللّه ﷺ يضعون سِواكهم خلف آذانهم، يستنون لكل صلاة". رواه عبيد بن محمد الكِشْوَري، عن عبد اللّه بن الصبَّاح بن ضَمْرة الصنعاني، عنه. أورده الدارقطني في "غرائب مالك" عن أبي طالب الحافظ، عنه، وقال: لا يثبت، تفرد به يحيى. وأورد فيها أيضًا من رواية عبد الله بن محمد بن يحيى، حدثنا يحيى بن ثابت الجندي، عن مالك، عن إسحاق، عن أنس: "لم يكن رسول الله ﷺ بالأبيض الأَمْهَق … " الحديث بطوله وقال: هذا وَهَم، وهو في "الموطأ" عن ربيعة، عن أنس. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات".
