٨٢٤٣ - هبة اللّه بن المبارك بن الدَّوَاتي الكاتب، سمع أبا طالب بن غيلان وغيره.! قال ابن ناصر: كان يتهم بالرفض والاعتزال، وكان قد جمع مئتي دينار، فأُخِذت منه في الحمَّام، وكان يظهر الفقر، فبقي متحسرًا عليها، وتَرَك من كان يَصِله الإِحسانَ إليه، وقيل: كان تاركًا للجمعة أيضًا. مات سنة إحدى عشرة وخمس مئة.
