٧٥٥٨ - ز - محمد بن يحيى، أبو بكر العِتْري، حدث بحديثٍ منكرِ المتن والإسناد في فضل معاوية، فإنه قال: حدثنا أبو عمر الزاهد، حدثنا عبد الله بن أحمد، حدثني أبي، حدثنا عبد الرزاق، حدثنا معمر، عن الزهري، عن يونس بن كثير اليماني، عن حبيب بن قيس، عن أنس بن مالك. قال ابن النجار: وكان أبو عمر الزاهد قد جمع "جزءًا" في فضل معاوية، وأكثره مناكير وموضوعات. قلت: والجزء موجود، فإن كان هذا الحديثُ فيه، فقد برئ العِتْري من عهدته.
