٦٩٨٧ - ز - محمد بن عبد الله بن الحسين، أبو بكر الناصِحِي النيسابوري. سمع أبا سَعِيد الصيرفي، وأبا بكر الحِيْري، وغيرهما. وحدث عنه إسماعيل بن السمرقندي، وأبو بكر بن الزَّاغُوني. وكان فقيهًا، فاضلًا، له يدٌ في علم الكلام، وله حظّ وافر من الأدب، وكان يذهب إلى الاعتزال. قال عبد الغافر الفارسي: سمعت مناظرته مع إمام الحرمين، وكان الإِمام يثني عليه، وكان قاضيًا بنيسابور، ثم نُقل إلى الرَّي. مات على فراسخ من أصبهان سنة ٤٨٤. ذكره ابن النجار في "الذيل".
