٦٩٤٢ - ز- محمد بن طلحة بن علي بن يوسف العَطَّار الرازي الصُّوفي برِباط أبي سعد. قال ابن السمعاني: كان ابن ناصر يُسِيء الرأي في حقه، ويُسِيء الثناء عليه، وكذلك شيخُ الشيوخ إسماعيل بن أبي سعد. مات في جمادى الآخرة سنة ثمان وثلاثين وخمس مئة.وقد سمع من أبي نصر الزَّيْنَبِي، وأبي القاسم بن البُسْري، ومالك البانِيَاسي، وأُحضِر على الصَّرِيفيني. روى عنه ابن سُكَينة، ويوسف الخفاف. وقال ابن السمعاني: سألته عن مولده، فذكر شيئًا يقتضي أنه في سنة ٤٦٣.
