٦٢٦١ - ذ - مالك بن أسماء بن خارِجَة، عِداده في أهل الكوفة، روى عن أبيه، وعن رجلٍ من الصحابة. روى عنه عبدُ الرحمن المسعودي. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات".وذكر أبو الفرج الأصبهانيّ أنه تولى أصبَهان للحَجَّاج (¬١)، وكان الحجاجُ تزوَّج أخته، وأنه ظهر منه جِناياتٌ أوجبت حبسَه مدة طويلة. هكذا ذكره شيخنا في "الذيل".
