٦٠٦٣ - الفضل بن فَرْقَد، عن محمد بن عمرو، يخالِف في حديثه، وهو مُقِلّ. ذكره العقيلي، انتهى. ولفظة: "وهو مقل" ليست للعقيلي. وساق له من رواية عمر بن حفص الشيباني، عنه، عن محمد بن عمرو، عن أبي سلمة، عن أبى هريرة رفعه: "أمَا يَخْشَى الذي يرفع رأسه قبل الإِمام … " الحديث. ثم أخرجه من رواية ابن عيينة، عن محمد بن عمرو، عن مَلِيح بن عبد الله السَّعْدِي، عن أبي هريرة رفعه بلفظٍ آخر. قال: وهذا رواه مالكٌ عن محمد موقوفًا، وهو أولى.
