٥٨٩٤ - ز - عون بن حِبَّان، شيخ بصري، يروي عن إبراهيم النخعي، وبكر بن عبد اللّه المزني. روى عنه أبو وهب عبد العزيز بن عبد الله القرشي، يُغْرِب، كذا قال ابن حبان في "الثقات".وقال ابن عدي في ترجمة عبد العزيز القرشي (¬١): عون بن حبان عزيزُ الحديث المسنَدِ جدًّا، ونسخته عشرون حديثًا بأسانيدَ مختلفة، يرويها الحسن بن مُدْرِك، عن عبد العزيز القرشي، عنه.
