    ٥٥٩٥ - عمر بن الحسن المدائني، عن الحسن، عن عبد الله بن مغفَّل، لا يعرف، تفرد عنه إسماعيل بن عبد الله بن زُرارة، انتهى.ذكره الخطيب في "تاريخه" وساق حديثه، ومتنُه: تزوج رجل من الأنصار امرأة في مَرَضه، فقالوا: لا يجوز وهو من الثلُث، فارتفعوا في ذلك إلى النبي ﷺ فقال: "النكاح جائزٌ، ولا يُجعل من الثّلُث".
