٤٨٨٣ مكرر - عُلوان، أبو رُهْمٍ، حدث عنه ليث بن أبي سُليم. تركه أبو الحسن الدارقطني، انتهى. وهذا الرجلُ اختُلف فيه على ليث، فقيل: علوان، وقيل: عبد الكريم. فالأول: رواية عبد الله بن إدريس، عن ليث. والقول الثاني: رواية عبد الرحيم بن محمد المحاربي. وجزم ابن القطان بأن ليث بن أبي سُليم غَلِط فيه، وإنما هو: عُبيد مولى أبي رُهْم (¬٢)، كما جاء في رواية شعبة والثوري وغيرهما، عن عاصم بن عبيد الله، عنه، في ذلك الحديثِ بعينه، والله أعلم.
