    ٤٨٥٤ - ز- عبد الغفار بن محمد بن جعفر بن زيد، أبو طاهر المؤدِّب. روى عن أبي بكر الشافعي، وابن الصَّوَّاف، وابن المُحْرِم، وأبي الفتح الأزدي، وابن شاهين. قال الخطيب: كتبت عنه، وسألته عن مولده فقال: في ذي الحجة سنة ٣٤٥. وتوفي في ربيع الأول سنة ثمان وعشرين وأربع مئة. قال: وسمعت الصُّوري يَغْمِزه ويذكره بما يوجب ضعفَه.
