٤٧٨٩ - عبد الصمد بن الفضل، عن ابن وهب، له حديث يُستنكر، وهو صالحُ الحال إن شاء الله، انتهى. وفي "ثقات ابن حبان": عبد الصمد بن الفضل بن موسى بن هانئ بن مِسْمار، أبو يحيى البلخي، يروي عن عبيد الله بن موسى، روى عنه أهل بلده، مات سنة ٢ أو ٢٨٣.فما أدري هو ذا، أو غيره؟ (¬١).
