    ٤٥٣٤ - ز- عبد الأعلى بن وهب بن عبد الأعلى، أبو وهب القُرْطُبي الفقيهُ المالكي، سمع من يحيى بن يحيى الليثي، ومطرّف، وأصبغ وغيرهم. روى عنه ابنُ لُبَابة، وابن وضَّاح. قال ابن الفَرَضي: رُتّب مع الشيوخ في المشاورة: يحيى بن يحيى، وسعيد بن حسان، وعبد الملك بن حبيب، وأصبغ بن خليل، وكان عاقلًا، عارفًا بالرأي. ولم تكن له معرفة بالحديث، وكان يقول بالقَدَر، لأنه كان طالع كتب المعتزلة، وكان يحيى بن يحيى، وابن حبيب، وغيرهما، يطعنون عليه أشدَّ الطعن، وكان ابنُ لبابة صاحبُه ينكر عليه، ويحكي عنه أنه كان يقول بموت الأرواح، وكان مع ذلك خيّرًا ديّنًا عاقلًا.ومات سنة ٢٦١.
