٤٣٨٢ - عبد الله بن كَثِير، مدني، روى عن سعيد المَقْبُري. قال ابن حبان: لا يحتج به. وقال ابن معين: ليس بشيء، انتهى. وهذا هو عبد الله بن كثير بن جعفر بن أبي كثير، الراوي عن كثير بن عبد الله بن عمرو بن عوف، فقد ذكر المِزِّي (¬٢) أنه روى عن سَعْد بن سعيد بن أبي سعيد المَقْبُري.
