٤١٩١ - ز- عبد الله بن الحارث الكوفي الكِنْدي، كان قد ادَّعى الإِلهية، واتَّبعه جماعة في دولة بني أمية، وكان يقول بتناسخ الأرواح، وفَرَض على أتباعه سبع عشرة صلاة في كل يوم وليلة، في كل صلاة خمس عشرة ركعة. ثم اجتمع به رجل من متكلِّمي الخوارج الصُّفْرية، فناظره إلى أن قَطَعه وأوضح له براهين دين الإِسلام، فرجع عن معتَقَده، فتبرأ منه أتباعُه وفارقوه، ورجعوا عنه إلى عبد الله بن معاوية بن عبد الله بن جعفر الآتي ذكره [٤٤٧٠]. وثبت عبد الله بن الحارث على رأي الصُّفْرية من الخوارج إلى أن مات. ذكر ذلك أبو محمد بن حزم في "الملل والنحل".
