صالح بن محمد، عن الليث بن سعد. قال النَّباتي: قال ابن حبان: لا تحل الرواية عنه. قلت: كأنّه الأول، انتهى (¬٣). ولو تأمل كلام النباتي، لاستغنى عن الظنّ فإنه ذكر أن حديثه عن الزهري، عن أنس رفعه: "بَجّلوا المشايخ فانه من تبجيل الله". قال النَّباتي: كذا وقع عنده صالح بن محمد، والذي عند الجرجاني -يعني ابن عدي (¬٤) - صالح بن عبد الله الكوفي، وذكر له هذا الحديثَ … كذا قال.
