    ٣٨٧٩ - ز- صالح بن الفتح بن الحارث، أبو محمد الشاشي، روى عن الفضل بن أحمد بن عامر. وعنه مكي بن محمد بن الغَمْر بحديثٍ موضوع. قال الفضل: حدثنا أبو حاتم الرازي، حدثنا الأنصاري، حدثنا حميد، عن أنس ﵁ مرفوعًا: "ينادي مناد كل يومٍ: شارب الخمر ملعون، وجارُه ملعون، وجليسُه ملعون". قال ابن عساكر: هذا حديث باطل، رُكّب على إسناد صحيح. والحملُ فيه على صالح، أو الفضل، فكلاهما مجهول. قلت: ستاتي ترجمة الفضل إن شاء الله [٦٠٣٨].
