٣٨٦٤ - صالح بن سَرْج (¬٢)، حكى عنه أسلم المِنْقَري. قال أحمد بن حنبل: كان من الخوارج، انتهى. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" وقال: يروي عن عمران بن حِطَّان، روى عنه عمرو بن العلاء اليَشْكُري، أبو العلاء. ورأيت في كتاب أبي الفَرج الأصبهاني، من طريق صالح بن سَرْجٍ هذا، عن عمران بن حِطَّان: كنت عند عائشة، فتذاكَرْنا القُضَاة، فذكَرَتْ حديث: "يُؤتى بالقاضي العدلِ، فيَرَى من شدة الحساب ما يتمنَّى أنه لم يَقْضِ بين اثنين" (¬٣).
