    ٣٨٠٤ - شعيب بن حيان، بصريٌّ، سمع أبا أمية، عن محمد بن مُعَيقِيب، وعنه خليفة بن خياط. لم يصحّ. ذكره البخاري هكذا في "الضعفاء". قلت: هو الذي مَرَّ، اختلف في أبيه، فقيل: ابن حاتم (¬١)، انتهى. وذكره ابن أبي حاتم في "كتابه"، وابن حبان في "الثقات"، فقالا: شعيب بن حَيَّان.وكذا قال العقيلي، وسَمَّى جده: شعيب بن درهم، وأخرج له من روايته عن يزيد بن أبي معاذ، عن مُسْلم بن أبي عَقْرب رفعه: "مَنْ حلف على مملوكه ليضربَنَّه، فإن كفارته أن يدَع له مع الكَفَّارة خُبْزَة". قال: ويروي هذا عن ابن عباسٍ قولَه.
